DIY Floor Changes

A couple of weeks ago I embarked on a DIY flooring change in my living room and hallway. The carpet was replaced with Select Surfaces Premium Laminate wood flooring. DIY projects always sound like a challenge and fun, before you begin! This flooring was a nice surprise in that it has attached foam backer and went together well, without a lot of challenge until you got inside the closets for the most part. Tools needed are a speed square, pencil, mitre saw and table saw, also used was a rubber mallet. In the end, it took the better part of a weekend and many sore muscles, but the result was well worth the effort!
